Using Our HelpDesk Tools
Our online HelpDesk tools are available to help you when a system goes down or if you just need a little extra guidance with a program. This tool allows CNS to remote in to your computer and see the problem from your end.
- Call 816-232-9919 (866-229-4354 Toll Free) and ask to speak to an engineer or programmer, depending on whether your issue is technical or about custom software.
- Download the HelpDesk Tool you need by clicking on a button to the right. The IT HelpDesk is for working with our engineers. The Development HelpDesk is for working with our software programmers.
- Save the .exe file to your Desktop.
- Go to your Desktop and double-click the .exe file to run the HelpDesk tool.
- From the drop-down menu at the top of the HelpDesk window, select the engineer or programmer you are working with.
- Click Share Desktop.
Your SmartCare Web Portal
Want to submit your own service tickets to CNS? We have an online customer portal that allows you to do just that! To set up your customer portal, please call Customer Service at 816-232-9919 ext. 103. After you have been given your login information, just go to the portal and follow the instructions given.
