Palmer Management Services
As part of the services offered by Palmer Management Services, we maintain websites for four not-for-profit organizations, all hosted by CNS. My company's involvement with CNS started when representatives from CNS were one of 25 presentations Greater Kansas City Medical Managers Association (GKCMMA) heard during a search for the best website company for its members. As their Executive Director, I was part of that committee search. It was the personal touch and competency of the staff that swayed us to use CNS to develop the website. GKCMMA became the test site for CNS's new product called Dyna-P/PeWIT.
I use the Dyna-P/PeWIT interface multiple times per day for each association. This unique product allows me (the user) to make all text changesto the site, upload files and images, and handle the day-to-day maintenance of calendars, databases, and links. CNS has been an integral part of Palmer Management, providing quick and easy access to its more than 1,000 association members for online active forms, online meeting registrations, links to insurance companies, etc. Five of the six Palmer Management's clients are now reaping the benefits CNS has to offer: GKCMMA, Northland Medical Managers, Missouri Ambulatory Surgery Center Association, The MysticHarbor, and the American Academy of Professional Coders of Kansas City. CNS continues to enhance the capabilities of PeWIT to make it even more dynamic and user-friendly, and has developed other programs for Palmer Management's clients such as a salary survey tool and online e-commerce options. I don't know how I would do this part of my job effectively without the interaction with CNS's IT staff and the Dyna-P/PeWIT interface. Not having to send changes through a webmaster has saved me an inordinate amount of time. My hat off to CNS for its creativity and service.
